A privately owned business based in Wimborne is looking to recruit an experinced credit controller to join their team of two. The role requires you to report directly into the credit control manager.
The responsibilities

Ownership of your own ledger

Investigation of aged debt

Update the sales ledger

Liase with clients, via email, letter and phone to reclaim outstanding debt

to maintain good working relationships with clients and in house personnel

To reach specific target and KPI set by Credit Control Manager
The Person.
It is essential that you have gained at least 2 years experince within a credit control role and that you can demonstrate strong communication skills along with an aptitude to protect the business from bad debt. Experience of court proceeding would be an advantage but not essential for the post |
